Adobe Reader
How to get and use Adobe's Reader to read PDF newsletters.
  • Visit Adobe's website to download the most recent version of the reader.
  • Click the "Download Adobe Reader" button.
  • A popup will appear. Save the file "to disk".
  • An Adobe icon will appear on the disk. Click it to begin downloading the installation software. Follow the installation procedures.
  • After installation, the Adobe Reader will display the document when you click on a PDF link.
Usage Hints
  • To print a PDF in grayscale
    • PC:   click the printer on the PDF toolbar. A print screen will come up. Click "Properties", then "Color", then "Print in Grayscale".
    • Mac: Under Print Settings, choose black instead of color.
